Lift Maintenance
The elevator maintenance includes periodically checking electrical and mechanical safety devices, and of the lift other components for detection and assessment of unsafe operation, which can be driven facility because of a deterioration, damage or deregulation of mechanical or electrical safety devices or other accessories thereof. It also includes the necessary work to restore safe mode to remove lesions and deregulation, as well as cleaning and lubrication, where necessary, of all components in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturers of components and safety devices.

The program for maintenance is formed in accordance with the requirements of applicable national law and history repairs and maintenance are recorded in detail as to be readily available to the customer.
Maintenance Lifts Frequency
The frequency of maintenance is defined in paragraph 4 of Article 4 of the Gazette 2604 / B / 22.12.2008. Specifically, the frequency determined at least as follows:
(A) For lifts installed in houses and attitudes regardless of floors, each two months.
(B) For lifts installed in apartment buildings and hotels to 200 beds and attitudes regardless of floors, each forty-five (45) days.
(C) For lifts installed:
i. in public places, train stations, airports, underground or flyovers and generally accessible to the general public buildings or parking lots,
ii. in places that are exposed to specific effects of the atmosphere or the surrounding area such as at very high or low temperatures, increased dust development, an increased risk of corrosion, etc. in potentially explosive atmospheres,
iii. in hotels with more than 200 beds or in buildings where the public is served (> 10,000 runs / starts per week)
iv. in hospitals, the number of maintenance is twice a month.

Repair - Upgrade Elevators
Servicing is required when installing in a significant failures of a component or mechanism.

Certification of all lifts is mandatory under the applicable national law.
